Welcome to Tinkflow. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Tinkflow (“App”), provided by Blackpill Innovative Developments AB (“Company”). Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
By using the App, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the Terms, you must immediately uninstall and cease using the App.
2. Use of the App
The App is intended to help users create an efficient workflow by providing access to shortcuts, tips, guides, and similar content for various software and games across different platforms. The App may only be used in accordance with its intended purpose. It is not permitted to use the App for the purpose of generating revenue through resale, copying, or unauthorized distribution. However, using the App in connection with training, courses, or similar activities is permitted, provided that the App is used as a tool and not sold as a standalone product.
3. User Accounts
For users who need to create an account, this can be done and managed via our website at tinkflow.com. An account is typically not required to use the App. User account information is handled in an encrypted manner and is never stored in plaintext. Users have the right to terminate their account at any time, and the Company reserves the right to terminate or deactivate an account if it is used in violation of these Terms, the EULA, or for illegal purposes or revenue generation.
4. Data Processing
The Company complies with GDPR and collects minimal user data. Typically, only email addresses are stored for users. For additional information on how we handle personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Payments
The App is fundamentally free to download and use. No payments are required to use the App in its basic form.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Company owns all rights to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, and the name “Tinkflow.” All content provided through the App belongs to the Company and is protected under copyright laws and other intellectual property rights. The names and trademarks of software referenced in the App, such as Microsoft Excel, are the property of their respective developers and companies. The Company holds no ownership over these third-party software and trademarks, and they are used solely to describe the App’s functionality.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of the App. Use of the App is at the user’s own risk.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate a user’s access to the App if it is used in an illegal manner or for generating revenue through resale. To terminate the use of the App, it is sufficient to uninstall the App unless the user is involved in a subscription that requires additional termination actions.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

11. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the Terms. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Invitations and Limitation of Liability
The App offers a feature to “invite a friend” by sending an email to the specified address. The user may only send invitations to individuals they know well, such as colleagues, family members, or friends. Sending invitations with the intent to harm the App’s reputation, functionality, or otherwise is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
13. Advertisements
The App may display advertisements in the footer, provided by third-party advertisers. The Company is not responsible for the content of these advertisements or for the products or services advertised through them. No personal information is shared with advertisers. Users should review any terms and privacy policies applicable to advertisements or links provided by third-party companies.
14. Third-Party Content
The App offers the option to select background music, sounds, and videos provided by third-party suppliers, including content from various sources. Track titles, producer names, and other relevant information are displayed in the app’s settings. This content is not created by the Company and is subject to third-party licenses that allow for free use. The use of this content is governed by the licensing terms applicable on the respective third-party platforms.
